Mount Royal University, Indoor Running Track
WHEN:
Sundays, in the following blocks:
Block 1, Oct 27 - Nov 24
a: 1:30-2:30pm
b: 2:45-3:45pm
Collaboration with CP Kids and Families. This program is open to kids of all ages and abilities. Come and learn to ride!

Virtual Para-Cycling Spin

$50 Program fee + $25 Membership fee
WHERE:
Virtually from your home!
WHEN:
Monday and/or Thursday, 6:00 - 7:30pm
Sign-up for 45 mins or 1.5 hr sessions!
Get fit & sweat it out with us - without leaving your house.
A little competition and A LOT of fun!
Need equipment? Contact us! For a small fee, our team is happy to set you up with any equipment you're missing (handcycle, rollers, etc).
