Virtual Strength Training
Home group strength training with Adaptive Adventures via Zoom. Exercises are adjusted to everyone's individual ability!
Equipment needed: All exercises can be performed using bodyweight, but for added resistance you may use a thera band or filled milk jugs.
Cycling Buddy Program
For those who are not able to participate in our small group cycling, we will pair available volunteers with members interested in having a buddy to cycle with.
