Home group strength training with Adaptive Adventures via Zoom. Exercises are adjusted to everyones individual ability!
Equipment needed: Towels, milk containers, backpack with books, belts etc.
Cycling Buddy Program
For those who are not able to participate in the small group cycling, we will pair available volunteers with members interested in having a buddy to cycle with.
